What this service is

Forecast Philippines is a free prediction game. You forecast the outcome of real public events, and your accuracy is scored and ranked against other participants.

It is not gambling

There is no cost to participate and nothing of value to win. You cannot deposit, wager, purchase, or withdraw money. Scores, rankings, and accuracy figures have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, or transferred to anyone else. No prizes are awarded.

Because participation requires no consideration and offers no prize, this service is not a lottery, betting, or gambling activity.

It is not advice or advocacy

Forecasts describe what participants expect to happen. They are not claims about what should happen, and nothing here is an endorsement of any party, candidate, official, or outcome. Aggregate percentages reflect the opinions of self-selected participants and are not a scientific poll, a survey, or a prediction by us.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person.
• You choose a public handle. It must not impersonate a real person or organisation, and must not be abusive, obscene, or a slur. We may rename or suspend accounts that break this rule.
• You are responsible for what you do with your account. Do not share it.

Fair play

Do not create multiple accounts, automate participation, or otherwise try to distort the leaderboard or the aggregate figures. We may remove scores or accounts that do.

Scoring and results

Scoring follows the published rules at How scoring works. Results are entered manually from public reporting of the proceedings. We correct errors when we find them, and corrections recalculate affected scores. We do not guarantee that results are entered instantly or without error, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a scoring mistake — there is nothing at stake but pride.

Availability

The service is provided as-is and may be unavailable at times, including during periods of unusually high traffic. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including ending a forecast early if the underlying event does not proceed.

Your content

You keep ownership of your forecasts. You grant us permission to store them, to include them in aggregate figures, and to display your handle and score publicly on leaderboards and profiles.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time, which removes your profile and picks. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
